Parameter optimization of a grounded dynamic vibration absorber with lever and inerter

Mechanical vibration is mostly harmful, and it may not only generate noise but also affect the working life of equipment. Lever, inerter, grounded stiffness have good performance in field control, dynamic absorber simultaneously containing lever, rarely studied. Based on dampertype absorber, a with presented. And optimal system parameters are analytically researched detail. Firstly, differential equation motion established according to Newton’s second law, analytical solution obtained. According amplitudefrequency curve system, obvious that there two fixed points unrelated damping ratio. Meanwhile, frequency ratio obtained based fixed-point theory. Under premise ensuring stability, screened out, range inerter further calculated. It found has ranges when coupling term values magnification mass different. Furthermore, approximate derived by minimizing maximum value curve. Using MATLAB, numerical result analyzed, correctness results verified. Compared other absorbers under harmonic random excitations, known model this paper can evidently reduce resonance amplitude broaden band primary system. These provide theoretical basis for design similar absorbers.
